Overnight Mixing Operator Needed!Weekly Pay $22-24 - Contract to HireResponsibilities

Accurately follow step-by-step instructions on blending sheets.

Maintain food safety culture in regards to food defense, quality, and cGMPs.

Correctly and accurately assemble all paperwork, boxes, and sight standards.

Utilize and calibrate scale using proper weights and techniques.

Stack boxes orderly for palletizing.

Read and understand product codes and lot numbers.

Perform CCP checks per SOP, document and remedy non-compliance issues.

Perform quality checks to ensure product matches sight standard.

Trained and certified in Stand-up Forklift Operation.

Essential Skills

1 year of food production mixing, blending, or compounding experience.

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.

Ability to read off a recipe list with specific measurements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in food production is a plus.

Skills in production, general labor, food production, heavy lifting, general production, food manufacturing, food safety, packaging, palletizing, bagging, food handling, sealing, and mixing.
