Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be required to gather requirements, assist with current and future state strategies, and provide support through testing and launch periods. As a key member of our team, you will be interacting with various cross-functional teams, understanding the technology, and demonstrating business acumen.Responsibilities: Assisting with the collection and interpretation of business requirements Facilitating the implementation of projects across different team boards Utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management tasks Engaging with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication Articulating IT needs through comprehensive requirement documentation Supporting the testing and launching phases of projects Maintaining a primary Business Analyst role within the team Demonstrating a deep understanding of business requirements and detailed business requirements Applying your business analysis skills to various aspects of the role.Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must for this role, as it is a primary tool used for project management within our organization. Ability to understand, create, and interpret Business Requirement Documents is crucial, as these documents form the basis of our project scope and guidelines. Experience with Detailed Business Requirements is required, as this role involves in-depth analysis and understanding of client needs and project directives. Strong Business Analysis skills are necessary, as the role involves assessing business models and their integration with technology. The candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as the role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Proven experience as a project manager or senior consultant in previous roles is desirable. Certification in project management will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques. Ability to work in a team and foster a collaborative environment.
