Description We are in search of a diligent Cash Application Specialist in Duluth, Georgia. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing customer credit applications, and handling customer inquiries. This role also involves keeping accurate customer records and taking necessary actions based on account monitoring. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.Responsibilities: Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications. Maintaining precise records of customer credit. Regular auditing of the general ledger and financial documents of the company. Addressing and resolving payment issues such as double payments and other discrepancies. Participating in collection management processes when necessary, including maintaining accounts receivable customer files and records. Generating and dispatching invoices as required. Executing billing, collection, and reporting activities in line with specific deadlines. Assisting in tasks related to month-end closing. Preserving client customer confidentiality. Undertaking any other duties as requested and assigned by managementRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. Must have experience with CyberSource. Demonstrable skills in Data Processing are required. Familiarity with Epic Software and Epic System is a must. Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently and accurately. Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. Should be knowledgeable about Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations. Experience with Billing Functions is important. Must be able to manage Cash Activity effectively.
