Job DescriptionJob Description:Under supervision, provides services designed to assist with application of computer technology to solve clinical, financial, and patient data problems of the organization. Applications analysts are technical experts in the operation configuration, customization and/or development of solutions. They work closely with clients to analyze activities in order to best meet business needs. Responsibilities include developing, testing and documenting computer programs for special requirements and to customize portions of purchased package; implementing/installing new programs/systems; and providing support to user departments on a wide variety of systems. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.Education Qualifications:
Education and/or years experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study.
OR Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study plus 2 years experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field.
OR 4 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
