Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a temporary Recruiter for a position located in Duluth, MN!Responsibilities include: partnering with operational departments to identify, develop and implement recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs to develop an ongoing pool of qualified candidates; posting and applicant screening activities; supporting hiring departments throughout the process; ensuring documentation and post-hiring activities are complete; serving as a resource on employment/human resources issues to departments; providing expertise on a variety of department initiatives; and establishing working relationships with internal and external groups.
