You lead and develop processes and content for requirement elicitation, analysis, assignment, and documentation at various system levels
You actively participate in system definition together with module and system leaders by providing product and system requirements
You define processes, methods and tools (PMT) together with relevant process users and experts
You work closely with architecture management and other systems engineering and cross-functional functions within the organization
You implement the processes, methods as well as tools after release and check as well as report the compliance of the processes
You train and coach process users and provide appropriate material (e.g. templates, training) for process application
You coordinate the required process interfaces with the respective partners and system architecture management
You define, collect as well as report key figures for relevant processes and support the continuous improvement of the system engineering processes
What You Will Bring
Several years of experience in systems engineering, especially in requirements engineering, preferably in the automotive or agricultural technology industry
Applied knowledge in formal requirements management and system architecture
Experience in managing requirements in a multidisciplinary and complex project environment
Fluency in written and spoken English, further language skills an advantage
A Plus If You Have
Applied knowledge of system modeling languages e.g. SysML as well as practical experience with requirements and MBSE tools
High motivation to continuously improve and automate processes using state-of-the-art technologies as well as agile and lean methodologies
Strong interdisciplinary technical interest and understanding in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and software development
Willingness to travel internationally and work with international teams
