We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our X-Cel Specialty Contact Lens Division located in Duluth, GA. X-Cel is a leading manufacturer and distributor of contact lenses; providing Eye Care Professionals with superior products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team! Job Summary Manage customer communications including incoming/outbound calls, order configuration and entry into ERP system, and coordinate with other departments to provide service to customers . Position Responsibilities: Receive requests for price quotations, orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly with customers.

Use PC to retrieve customer information, product availability, order status and to input customer orders. Ensuring that correct codes are used.

Perform order analysis, troubleshooting, or inputs for root cause analysis of customer complaints

Balance answering calls with varies administrative duties while maintaining an even distribution load.

Understand and communicates company policies and procedures, promotions and contracts in a diplomatic and cordial manner.

Maintain focus and achieve individual objectives as it pertains to company and departmental goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

Position requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Typing skills and functional knowledge of PC’s.

Previous background should include demonstrated ability to deal with customers.

Must be organized and detail oriented.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
