McKenzie’s Bar & Grill has an immediate opening for a kitchen manager preferably with 2+ years of experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Be a team player with the ability to be quick and precise
Must be able to multitask
Other duties beyond cooking to include:
Food Ordering
Scheduling
Menu Updates (looking for some creativity) - created in collaboration with owners and general manager
Filling schedule when others can't work or don't show (or at lease coordinating with another cook to fill the shift)
Ability to train others
Manage Food & Labor Cost for back of house
Check plating, consistency and portioning
Order kitchen supplies & help coordinate equipment repairs
Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards
