The Challenge Center is currently hiring part-time Day Services Program Assistants. The positions are part time up to 28 hours per week, within a Monday-Friday time frame. Responsibilities include providing assistance to consumers in participating in adaptive activities that support their individualized goals.
The ideal candidate displays empathy and understanding for the direct support need of the individuals we serve. Strong interpersonal skills with a sensitivity and appreciation for the unique qualities and interests of each participant is integral in this position.
Qualifies candidates must have a H/S diploma or the equivalent. Prior is experience is a plus but, not required. We provide excellent paid training. Must maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
