We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient individual to keep up on the cleaning at our luxury property in downtown Duluth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintaining cleaning equipment
-Keeping touch surfaces clean
-Taking out trash
-Shampooing carpets
-Moping floors
-Vacuuming
-Detail cleanings such as light fixtures and ledges
Requirements:
-Flexible schedule
-Self-motivated
-Organized
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-Have transportation
You will be a 1099 contractor and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
You are working in an apartment building so you must be able to pass a background check.
The job is full-time and up to 6 days a week.
Sundays are mandatory.
Pay starts at $20 and will increase after a 90 evaluation.
