Ecumen Lakeshore is seeking a Maintenance Director to join its ever expanding and diverse team of healthcare professionals. Ecumen Lakeshore is comprised of facilities specializing in independent living, assisted living, a memory care unit, and short stay rehab beds.

The Maintenance Director manages all maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security personnel while maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, guests and employees. This position provides capital planning, procures equipment and supplies, and manages contracts necessary for operations. Additionally, they prepare a department operating budget.
