The ideal candidate for the operator position will have outstanding work ethic and strive to continue our excellence and quality record we pride ourselves in.
Strong experience as an excavator and skid steer operator
Strong leadership skills and ability to direct crew to safely execute job responsibilities
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Ability to operate other heavy equipments
Flexibility to work varying schedule, long days and stay late as needed
Class A or willing to obtain one
Med/Health Card
Responsible for communicating with inspectors, homeowners, crews, and all others in a positive and effective manner
Pass pre-employment drug screen and participate in random drug tests
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings
Snow removal service during the winter months
