We're seeking a construction crew leader for house flipping projects. The ideal candidate will manage a team, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality work while also being hands-on with construction tasks. Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in carpentry, understanding light plumbing, or light electrical, and flooring work are essential. Experience in residential renovations and a commitment to meeting project deadlines are a must. You will need to create material lists and work orders and will be responsible for getting the materials. Have to be able to find and hire skilled laborers and be able to oversee multiple projects at the same time. Understanding light plumbing, or light electrical. Has to have workman’s comp AND OR liability insurance OR able to go under full time payroll. Must be bilingual in English-Spanish.
