Position Summary:
This position is for our crew member to ensure our customer property is safe and well maintained. Our crew members work in crews to complete snow removal and de-icing. They ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.
Responsibilities:
Valid Driver License
Dependable
Hard working
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work everytime it snows and on call 24/7. We service all snowfalls 1" or greater
Must live in Duluth/Superior or surrounding area
Provides excellent cusomer service.
Responsible for removing snow and ice from walking surface areas including sidewalks, door entries, walkways etc.
Ability to use snow removal equipment such as shovels and snow blower.
Ability to performs tasks related to snow removal and de-icing.
Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained.
Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership.
Demonstrates timely and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Meets physical requirements of the position. Includes but not limited to
Continuous walking
Frequent standing, bending, stooping, turning/twisting at the waist and sitting
Lifting/carrying +/- 50 pounds
