Duluth Group Home is seeking a part time person to work in a residential setting serving adult women. This is a great position for students, retired individuals or others seeking some extra income. Typically the shift has about 6 hours of awake time and 8 hours of Sleep time. However staff are expected to be available limited amounts of time if required during the standby or sleep time. This is not necessary very often. Shifts are Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Plus one weekday every Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM Sleeping time is in an onsite apartment and is usually from (11 P.M. - 7 A.M.) and is paid time. Pay is about $126 per night for about 6 hours of actual work, the rest is typically sleep time. For the day shift on Fridays the pay is about $125 per day. If you have another job that conflicts with one of these days such as the Friday day shift please contact us to discuss your availability. We might be able to create 2 separate positions to accommodate your schedule.
Duties include supervision, socialization, record keeping and some light cleaning or cooking. Occasional additional fill in hours are sometimes available

We are scheduling interviews for this position. Interviews will be beginning soon with a minimum of 20 hours of paid training. Potential Employees must be able to pass a MN Dept. of Human Services Background Check prior to beginning work.
