Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not. Know that courteousness affects other team members’ spirit.
Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the client database.
Prioritize calls according to client and/or operational need.
Make sure that the client is notified ahead of time if we are not going to arrive within the scheduled time window and reschedule to the client’s satisfaction.
Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
