We are seeking new inspectors to cover Duluth and surrounding areas.
No licensing or experience required. Need the following requirements:
-Very detail oriented!
-Own a reliable vehicle
-Clean background check
-Prior 1099 Experience
Job is very simple, but if you're sloppy and careless this is not for you. Average inspection takes less than 5 minutes. We are in the mortgage servicing industry. Banks send out inspections for various reasons. Despite the reason our job is virtually the same for each inspection. We knock on the door, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, look for any major damages, fill out a short form, take supporting photos and leave. The forms and pictures are all done within an app on your phone.
You must be comfortable with knocking on doors and talking to strangers.
Pay is per inspection. This area starts at roughly $1,000/month, with the ability to expand up to $3k-$4k/month.
This is a 1099, independent contractor, position. Must be over 18. Must pass a background check.
