Call Center Resources is hiring fun and motivated Reps to work in successful Renewable Energy programs in a comfortable Call Center environment. All positions are guaranteed hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage in a consultative sales call
INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls
Help businesses lower their carbon footprint while lowering their overall cost
Renew current customers and win back recent customers
REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Ability to direct a call by using probative questions
Reliability (attendance bonuses!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong professional telephone presence
Motivated by reaching sales goals and earning commissions
Team player track record
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
