Job Description: Prestige Roofing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets. As a Salesman for Prestige Roofing, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for our premium roofing services.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and provide accurate assessments to potential clients.

3. Educate clients about our roofing products, services, and warranties.

4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client.

5. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while maximizing profitability.

6. Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of sold projects.

7. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activity using CRM software.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

9. Represent Prestige Roofing at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.

2. Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
