As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to;
minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.
Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision.Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
