IT Technical Support Specialist

Description As the IT Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the cornerstone for the organization’s IT support needs. Your daily tasks will include:

Acting as the first line of response in handling and resolving IT-related issues for the enterprise, troubleshooting technical problems via telephone, email, and in-person interaction.

Managing efficient onboarding and offboarding processes for IT assets, ensuring smooth transitions during recruitment, role changes, and termination processes within the organization.

Deploying and maintaining hardware and software, including but not limited to workstations, mobile devices, printers, and productivity applications.

Navigating and prioritizing multiple technical issues simultaneously, delivering timely and effective solutions, thus ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

Upholding professional and concise communication with a variety of stakeholders, from employees to management, ensuring all IT support updates and changes are clearly understood.

Participating in regular IT knowledge sharing and learning sessions to keep up to date with the latest technologies and security risks to improve support services within the organization.

Contributing proactively to continuous improvement processes through suggestion and implementation of updated support strategies and tools.
