BA that can sit with the business capture requirements and build requirement specific experience - Apttus and CPQ is helpful here as well.
Experience working within the Financial Industry or having knowledge and experience around Financial Systems and Data.
Solid understanding of Internal Billing Processes, Products, and Services.
Ability to relate with customers and communicate with them.
Create the goal and outline the capabilities through hard-core requirements gathering experience.
Someone who can execute and run requirements conversations. They need to align with folks that have a mix of experience business users that have really no idea about business. Requirements gathering and helping to guide users forward with how to understand the business - Strong requirements gathering connected to Salesforce Projects knowing what questions to ask.
Homegrown system - with Salesforce functionality and digital Salesforce aspects.
Being able to educate the business as well from a digital standpoint example or best practice.
This will be a mix of support and core BA requirements gathering work.
Required Experience:
Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ and Apttus.
Experience with capturing requirements for integration needs for application and data integrations.
Experience with drawing business flows for integrations and business processes.
Experience with crafting user requirements from business interviews and requirements gathering.
Experience working on Data integration including Dynamic CRM migrations.
Experience with data mapping and ability to develop/execute tests.
Experience creating acceptance criteria to be used for test case creation.
Oracle Financial system experience would be beneficial but not required.
Experience with Jira for project execution and tracking user stories towards completion.
