Description The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for communicating directly with carriers in order to manage and execute the daily shipment of freight, maintaining accuracy of shipping information, and problem resolution. In this role, you will need strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients. This opportunity will allow you to start your career in logistics with the opportunity to grow within the company.Responsibilities:Understanding the processes involved in international shipping
Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution
Update and maintain customer records, reports, and documentation
Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:Spanish Bilingual
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Knowledge or interest in Supply Chain
