At ActionLink, we believe every customer deserves an exceptional and differentiating experience, which fuels our mission as a premier retail marketing solutions company to connect people with the brands they love and creative technology that enhances their lives.Position OverviewThe Coffee Sales Advisor will represent our client, Nespresso, and their premium line of espresso and coffee machines inside a local housewares retailersuch as Sur La Table, Williams Sonoma, Macy's, and/or Bloomingdale's. You will serve as an in-store expert by consulting with customers and providing live machine demonstrations to highlight all of the reasons why Nespresso brewing products are the best on the market!Nespresso is driven by a core belief that neither quality nor environmental impact should be sacrificed. Through their Positive Cup Campaign, Nespresso continues to embed sustainable initiatives into their business activities, leading with conviction that the coffee sector can be a powerful force for good by reducing waste, accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture, and building resilient communities and farming livelihoods.As a Nespresso Expert, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing this sustainable business framework and how the brand can tailor to every taste preference and boost customers' morning routines with barista-like experiences at home.The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, passion for coffee drinking, and be driven to transform ordinary shoppers into brand enthusiasts by highlighting Nespresso's engineering craft incombining technology, quality, and design to deliver the perfect cup of coffee.Join us as we inspire customers to Taste the Difference!Schedule

Open availability Saturdays and Sundays (Fridays, if needed)

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Paid online & in-store training sessions to certify you on Nespresso product knowledge

Duties

Exude enthusiasm and passion for the Nespresso brand at all times

Provide customers with the full Nespresso experience that includes coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and recommending product solutions that cater to customers' specific flavor preferences

Increase product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos, knowledge of products, and coffee expertise

End demo speeches using positive sales closing techniques and conveying Nespresso's sustainability and recycling credentials

Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence

Operate the Nespresso Trade Mobile Application to register machine purchases and coffee orders (all reps are issued an iPad for business use only)

Maintain tasting table/demo area in accordance with proper hygiene requirements and visual standards

Ensure demo machines are clean and functional

Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and associates

Participate in required program training sessions and team conference calls

Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Qualifications

Retail, sales, or training related experience

Enthusiast of coffee related beverages

Previous food demonstration experience a plus!

Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills

Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

Physical Requirements

Must adhere to professional appearance standards

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance

Access to a smart device with data plan

Access to reliable transportation
