Description MN Local position We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II in the healthcare industry, based in Edina, Minnesota. This is a contract role, providing ServiceDesk support within a team environment. The successful candidate will handle the resolution of various tickets daily, providing support to both onsite and remote users via a VPN. Responsibilities: Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve 15-20 daily user tickets Provide support to remote users via VPN, ensuring seamless connectivity and system access Handle password resets and provide support for Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint Utilize remote control tools to assist users with issues, maintaining a high level of customer service Work with Active Directory, setting up Azure groups and managing access to systems/data Support users with the use of Microsoft Authenticator and other necessary tools Assist with configuration management and troubleshooting of computer hardware Maintain a consistent focus and reliability throughout the designated working hours Create and maintain laptop images, ensuring they are up to date and available for use Continually update knowledge base with relevant information and solutions. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Help Desk Analyst within the Healthcare/NHS industry Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware Strong knowledge of Configuration Management Experience in using Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 Familiarity with VPN - Virtual Private Network Proficient in using Microsoft SharePoint Experience in working with Laptop Images Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Availability to work in shifts, if required.
