Southdale Place offers multiple outpatient rehab services and we are seeking a physical therapist to provide outpatient neuro services. In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
FTE 1.0, authorized for up to 80 hours per pay period.
