Cassia, a leading provider of housing and healthcare for aging adults,is seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our team as a RegionalDirector of Clinical Services for Assisted Living.In this key role, you will support nursing leadership at assisted living sites. You will also provide clinical expertise and collaborate with the onsite team to help drive the success of the assisted living site. Our ideal candidate must be is skilled in various care settings—including memory care, traditional assisted living, and care suites—and bring strong communication and customer service skills, along with a self-driven approach to their work.This is aFull-Time,benefit eligible position based primarily in Minnesota. Travel is required, including occasional overnight stays to support our locations in North Dakota, Iowa, Colorado and Florida. Regional Director of Clinical Services Responsibilities:

Work closely with Director of Health Care Services at each facility towards successful survey and quality outcomes. Be on-site during survey time accordingly (and anytime local health department is in the building as able)

Visit all assigned assisted living communities at least monthly and as needed for additional focus using key visit/review indicators, regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and use of clinical records.

Observe and respond to clinical and/or financial variances.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

Communicate visit and issues follow-up with Regional Directors, Director of Housing and Director of Health Care services.

Identify training needs, plan, and conduct educational opportunities.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across Cassia.

Provide calm and reassuring presence at the community.

Regional Director of Clinical Services Requirements:

Must have current MN RN license and be in good standing (and work towards licensure in all five states).

Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.

BLS CPR training required.

Experience in assisted living required, experience SNF is preferred as well.

Experience in electronic software systems

Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
