Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Litigation Attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential in managing an ongoing caseload in our dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to litigation and have a background in civil litigation. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage ongoing caseload effectively Deliver expert legal advice on various litigation matters Display proficiency and experience in civil litigation Handle court proceedings with a high level of professionalism and efficiency Act as a versatile legal professional capable of handling various litigation-related tasks Demonstrate capability to function independently as well as a part of a team Utilize background experience in insurance defense beneficially Adhere to the regulations of practicing before the federal court Exercise initiative and self-drive in the execution of tasks Leverage a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry to contribute to team success.Requirements Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
