Job Description:Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:The Essentia Health-Fosston Rehabilitation Department is seeking a PT to join our team. Work weekdays; there is no call or weekend shifts.
Work within a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health and nursing home.
Treat patients of all age ranges with a variety of diagnoses.
Join a trusted rehab team that includes PTs, PTAs, an OT, a COTA and an SLP.
Be self-motivated and enjoy collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to serve patients across the full spectrum in rural health care.
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Current license in the state performing services
