Screen, redirect, and take messages.Helping with phone coverage rotation from the hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday.Greet and direct visitors appropriately while maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment.Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.Support with shipping out materials to job sites.Assist with company luncheon and other company functions.Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing, etc.Support HR staff with new hire orientationProvide operational and administrative support aligned with evolving business priorities.Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.Arrange travel including hotels, transportation, and airfare.Additional duties as assigned.
