Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements while providing guidance on recruiting best practicesProactively source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, social platforms, recruiting technologies, and targeted outreach strategiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experienceDevelop and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, track performance, and support continuous improvement across Talent AcquisitionRepresent and promote the KE employer brand at networking events, career fairs, and throughout candidate interactionsBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to support long-term talent pipeline development
