Exciting Ground Floor Opportunity in Isanti, MN assembling totally cool, one-of-a-kind watercrafts. Start your career in assembly with opportunity for advancement based on performance, experience and qualifications including leadership roles. Currently hiring for 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00am 3:30pm with Overtime Available. Addition of a 2nd shift expected to be added in the near future. You ll assemble, attach decking with a cordless drill, unpack and install furniture and railing. Candidates must have no fear of heights and be able to physically get on/off boats, stooping, kneeling and crouching easily. Basic assembly and power tools experience required. These are contract-to-hire positions with starting rate $12.75/hr. $14.00/hr if you also have mechanical experience (including using tape measure and taking measurements) in addition to requirements above. We are looking for individuals with good attention to detail and focus on quality. Must be dependable with a positive, can-do attitude and pass drug screen.
