We are looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with the following skills-
This role is responsible for creative thinking and solving complex mortgage servicing issues and ensuring organizational and departmental objectives are achieved, observing compliance with all applicable standards, policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and customer service experience.
• A current understanding of applicable federal and state regulations as well as investor guidelines.
• Experience in handling of mortgage claims, mortgage and consumer loan modifications, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, escrow and default-related matters.
• Experience in Direct customer and third-party engagement for mortgage and loan servicing,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent organizational and time management skills.
