Description Interim IT DirectorReporting to the Director of Finance, the IT Director is responsible for the smooth and efficient technical operations of the entity. The IT Director will have a strong business and technical acumen to solve problems in a complex system. The IT Director will have an ongoing impact on the organization's technology operations and infrastructure, including responsibility for the security of the data and infrastructure. The IT Director will provide leadership through clear and effective communication skillsResponsibilities: Lead technology management in alignment with the organization's goals; collaborate effectively with shareholders and senior leadership. Vitalize technology collaboration across offices/service lines to ensure a unified firm concept. Identify changes or advancements in technology that could benefit the organization's competitive standing. Sustain strategic relationships with IT vendors; partner with operational leaders to select and implement suitable technology to streamline all operations. Actively participate in strategic planning and the development of new business strategies that enhance the organization's sustainability. Craft, advise on, and support the IT Strategic Plan. Provide leadership and assistance to other IT team members as needed. Analyze costs, values, and risks of information technology; provide advisories to senior leadership and suggest remedial actions. Manage, review, negotiate, and approve IT-related contracts. Work to increase user satisfaction; assess the need for new equipment and software. Represent the organization within the general community. Possesses a minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT field, with a focus on leadership and strategic decision making
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Information Technology.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions
