Our Waseca, MN Call Center is EXPANDING and we are adding to our Internet Technical Support Department.
In this high energy technology driven environment, our Tech Support Reps take incoming calls from our customers in 22 states regarding our internet services and assist with troubleshooting connection issues.
If you have customer service experience, or love technology, or are "Tech Savvy", this is the career for you!
Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of previous customer service experience.
