To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers.NATURE AND SCOPEChallenge of this position is meeting daily assigned production schedules and ensuring consistent product quality. Emphasis is placed on working efficiently and at a steady pace to maintain proper production level. Requires ability to recognize and correct any problems affecting product quality. The Bakery Manager determines task priority. Bulk of time is spent on production.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONSPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESFollows assigned production schedule and complete production in allotted time.Mixes and fries designated bakery product.

Knows and uses proper ingredients and amounts.

Operates mixer at correct speed.

Monitors product quality consistently.

Keep fryers clean and fat filtered.

Assist in finished product as necessary.

It then is sent down a conveyor to be palletized. JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor the Denester, Harness Packer (case packer), and other related production equipment to ensure manufacturing standards are met (i.e. 24 bottles in each case) and to prevent possible malfunctioning. Monitor and ensure a continuous supply of blue trays to the case packer. Observe quality of product and remove any defective bottles from the production line, pick up any tipped bottles prior to the case packer, and ensure clean quality blue trays to the case packer. At the end of the production package calculate and record the number of cases produced, bad bottles, and/or other production defects. Observe the infeed conveyor for tipped bottles and stand upright, prior to the case packer. Use a hand pallet jack to move pallets of blue trays onto a hydraulic lift. Frequently check the water level in the case washer.Also check for clean, hot water. Frequently check bottle codes for legibility and accuracy. Perform light maintenance on the machine as needed. Monitor the radio for the palletizer operator to indicate the palletizer is inoperable.Stop the packer right away. Notify the palletizer operator of any product changes or bad cases going back to them. Follow all clean-up procedures.Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations. When producing 6 packs communicate with the Hi-Cone operator when to start and stop the Hi-Cone machine. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires basic mathematical and writing skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and remain alert at all times. Must be able to work under minimum supervision. Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs. Must be able to perform light maintenance.   • Project Assistant Summary: Provide administrative support for engineering and testing service projects. Acts as administrative support back up for operations management. Responsibilities: Provide information to outside callers, clients, prospects and internal employees. Coordinate meetings, lunches, seminars, travel and conferences including all logistical arrangements, attendance controls and related follow-ups. Prepare reports, letters, memos, testing reports and other typed documents for staff. Information will be provided in various methods, which will require applicant to perform transcription, typing and/or reformatting of information. Skills: Excellent typing and data entry skills. Strong administrative skills and experience using basic computer applications and software including MS Office. MS Dynamics AX or similar experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently and simultaneously. Basic problem-solving and math skills.
