Cooks are the most skilled, hands-on position at our unit, so previous experience, kitchen knowledge, and basic knife skills are required. Under the direction of an Executive Chef and supported by 3 sous chefs, qualified candidates will work at the University Dining Center located on the MNSU campus offering a buffet-style selection of meal options including:
