BridgeWater at Mankato is a new Assisted-Living opening in Mankato, May 2019.
This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health related services to maintain and / or increase the elderâs physical and emotional well-being .
We are hiring Part-time and Full-time for ALL shifts, at this time. All shifts include every other weekend and every other holiday.
Responsibilities/Job Description:
Providing activities to our elders in group and one to one settings
Assists Elders with personal cares, including but not limited to: dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting and transfers/lifts.
Provide elders health related services
Observes Elders and report changes in status to Nurse
Assists with onboarding of new hired staff
Housekeeping/Laundry
Enjoy working with the older population is a must!
Previous experience working in senior care, preferred, but not required.
