Position: General Farm Labor
Location: TLG Farms – just outside Lake Crystal, MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25/hour

Job Responsibilities:
Operate our on-site feed mill to make and prepare feed
General labor and routine machinery upkeep
Haul feed to local hog barns
Assist with overall farm maintenance and daily operations
Perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Previous farm or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Full-time, standard daytime hours (with occasional seasonal variations)
Compensation:
$25/hour
