We are seeking a dedicated, motivated individual to join our team in a high-volume customer service role at our long-standing business of over 60 years. What We’re Looking For:
Proficient in computer skills
Experience learning and adapting to dynamic and complex computer systems
Prior customer service experience required
A true self-starter who is comfortable answering phones
Enthusiastic and comfortable with daily, in-person customer interactions
Strong ability to multi-task for both clients and staff
Excellent organizational skills are essential
Flexible and adaptable to daily changes, with the ability to learn new systems to keep operations running smoothly
What We Offer:
