Brand New Allstate Insurance Agency opening in Mankato is looking for driven, outgoing individuals with excellent verbal communication skills to join our team as a Licensed Sales Professional. At Allstate Insurance you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement income.
Licensed Sales Professionals perform the fundamental role of servicing current customers, prospecting and bringing in new business, supporting the agency owner, and building strong relationships within the community.
Target 1st year compensation is $50,000 with an earning potential of up to $60,000. Compensation consists of a combination of a guaranteed base salary plus earned commission and weekly/annual bonuses. Benefit package offered which includes a 401K plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals - No Cold Calling; leads provided
- Generating quotes at high volumes
- Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
- Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products
- Providing excellent customer service by processing payments & reporting claims
- Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
- Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available
Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses Preferred, but not required. Will have to obtain licensing before start of employment.
