We are currently hiring a Life Insurance Sales Professional in our Mankato office. We are a new fast growing agency selling high-volume individual policies in southern Minnesota and currently building our life insurance team.
We are a full service agency insuring clients of all ages and coverage amounts in all individual life insurance markets. Additionally, we offer a full portfolio of term life and permanent products (fixed UL, IUL & both traditional and simplified/modified wholelife). As a Life Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging current clientele, new prospects and building strong relationships through agency referrals. You'll work on a sales team focused on achieving life and financial goals. We also will offer warm leads so very minimal if any cold calling.
Job Responsibilities
-Achieve sales goals through leads, referrals and current book of business
-Make outgoing phone calls to clients and/or prospects to create leads and set appointments
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced agency
-Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
-Create customer proposals and run sales appointments
-Self-starter who works well independently and as a team
-Opportunity for professional growth as a Trusted Advisor in Southern Minnesota
-LifeInsurance License required
