Here, you will make an impact by:
Use of 3M systems including SAP, Workday, Concur, P-Card
Provide administration support to Talent Acquisition (TA) team
Acts independently to administer and communicate corporate policies and procedures, handling uncommon situations through interpretations of office guidelines and administrative practices.
Collaborating closely with TA and HR Teams
Identifying opportunities, making process improvement recommendations, and implanting changes
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
High School Diploma/FGED or higher (completed and verified prior to start day from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 [three] years of administrative assistant experience in a private, public, government or military environment
