Maintenance Technician needed for apartment buildings in St. Croix and Pierce Counties, WI. Must have own tools, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry desired. Responsible for apartment maintenance, common area maintenance and grounds.
