About the Position:
We are seeking three motivated and dependable cleaning technicians to maintain a large private office facility in Buhl, MN. Each technician will work as part of a coordinated team to ensure all areas are completed to standard each evening.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors and hallways
Wipe down furniture, counters, and surfaces
Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners
Clean restrooms and restock supplies
Maintain entryways, glass, and common areas
Report maintenance or supply needs to management
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (training provided)
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
