CNC OPERATOR

Midwest Millwork & Casework LLC is a family-owned and operated business that fabricates high quality cabinetry for commercial and institutional projects throughout the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities
Organize cut files and materials to cut and label parts for assembly according to the production schedule and department goals
Use various measuring tools to ensure accuracy of measurements and completed products
Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and conduct periodic maintenance
Use various hand and power tools to assist in the production process
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all safety standards and protocols are followed
Communicate with Shop Foremen and other team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during production
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and rulers
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to prioritize safety in the workplace
Experience in operating a CNC in a wood shop environment helpful
