We are seeking candidates for Production Assembler roles on both 1st and 2nd shift. Compensation for this opportunity is $15.00 per hour on 1st shift and $16.00 per hour on 2nd shift. Interested? What you will do as a Production Assembler:
-Assemble plastic putty knives in three different sizes
-Attach steel knives to handles using a universal stamping machine with two-hand control
-Add labels to the knives and handle components
-Use the Vandorn machine to place caps on the ends of putty knives
-Operate Clark forklifts to move materials as needed
-Use the Little David machine to tape boxes shut
-Operate a Universal Labeling system with a light curtain for safety
What you need to be a Production Assembler:
-Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently
-Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and assembling products
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
-Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations
