The Lead Quality Assurance Managers are responsible for ensuring high-quality services. This includes program oversight, conducting site visits, independent Electronic Health Record (EHR) data reviews, and collaborate with Operations to build on strength and fix weaknesses. The Lead QAM will work closely with state and national teams to ensure the quality of our services meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements. The position works collaboratively with all levels of the operational teams to identify problems, develop correction plans and ensure plans are fully implemented. The Lead QAM will conduct internal investigations related to reports of alleged maltreatment, serious injuries, and other concerns and required by DHS and as requested by the Dungarvin Minnesota management team.
