Immediate Full time opening for an Accounting Manager for company with 38 employees. 3-5 years accounting experience needed. We are a small company of 38 people who like to BBQ and we are growing. We are Minnesota’s only esteward certified recycler and our commitment when recycling electronics for our customer is a No Landfill Policy, No Export Policy and No incineration of Hazardous Materials which makes us the greenest and most sustainable form of electronic recycle available today. We are moving more towards ecommerce and would like accounting to have a seat at the table on identifying efficiency in streamlining this process. We appreciate your input and hope you can contribute to our efforts to serve the markets we operate in.
Responsibilities include:
Reconciling Bank Accounts/credit cards
Applying Payments/Credits
Managing Contra Accounts between Canada and Singapore offices (less then 10 transactions per month)
Coding credit card charges to GL accounts
Sending Statements and a little collection
Closing out RMA’s
Check Runs
Deposits from Desk to Bank
Manage Staff of 1 may grow
We have another part time person who does the invoicing, and you would manage this person
Hourly rate depends on experience. Health Care, Dental, Vision, and PTO available and part of comp package.
