MRD Consulting MN - LLC is a consulting firm that supports small to mid-size businesses with accounting and bookkeeping needs and other services.
This role serves as a primary client contact and will have direct client interaction. You are a critical thinker and problem solver. You are organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to doing it right the first time with minimal supervision.
Experience Preferred (but not required):
Having worked in a CPA or accounting office managing and working with multiple clients and industries
Position Responsibilities:
Direct client interaction and communication
Managing all account reconciliations and advanced bookkeeping for several clients
Accounts Payable and Receivable reconciliation
Asset and liability reconciliation
Banking and Credit Card Reconciliation
Audit monthly Fixed Asset reports
General ledger management, journal entries
Monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement Preparation
Prepare in-depth monthly financial packages
Experience & Skills:
Knowledgeable with bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll principles (not a payroll position)
Serving multiple clients is a plus
Experience working with QuickBooks online/desktop
Time management to accomplish responsibilities and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail a priority
Experience with bookkeeping and payroll platforms
Strong client communication skills
Able to meet critical deadlines
